Children's Formation Opportunities
Sunday Mornings
Children's Ministry offers formation opportunities throughout the school year. Opportunities range from Holy Communion class, to Children's faith formation, to Youth faith formation, to Confirmation classes. Contact Dawn McLendon for a current calendar of offerings at children@sthelenas.net.
There is nursery care available on Sunday mornings during the 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. worship services.

Rock Solid | (3rd-5th grade) 4:00-5:30 meets in the Children's Ministry Center
Middle School Youth Group | (6th-8th grade) 4:15-5:30 meets in the Youth House
High School Youth Group | (9th-12th) 6:00-6:30 Fellowship and dinner, 6:30-8:00 Faith Journey Formation in the Youth House

2 years old - 5th graders
"Aslan is on the move" is the theme for our 2025 Vacation Bible School. Step into the pages of the magical land of Narnia through experiences that share the message of CS Lewis' book, "The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. " Kids will enjoy storytelling sessions, handmade crafts, fellowship, and games galore.
Fine Arts Academy
July 7-11, 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Rising 2nd - 8th graders
Through creation of 3D art projects, our children and youth will discover that God makes everything beautiful in its time. "He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end." Ecclesiastes 3:11
Camp W.A.C.K.Y!
July 22-24, 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Rising 3rd - 5th graders
W.A.C.K.Y. = We are children knowing Yahweh! Be clean inside and out! Intermediate kids will focus on scriptures from 1 Samuel, 1 Timothy, and the Gospel of Matthew to learn that what we say and do reveals what is in our hearts. Our yearly W.A.C.K.Y. day camp is full of fun and a tad bit messy activities to keep us focused on scripture and clean hearts.
